Arctic Zone Chocolate

Dear Sillies,
Imagine a small, confined space - say, an elevator - wherein these three people are between floors: Ryan Gosling, Halle Berry, and Bruno Mars.* Pretty hot in there, right? It's even hotter these days, right? We're in the hundreds over here. But I shouldn't complain. Some of you are probably dealing with humidity too - I can't imagine. Stay cool, my friends. Whatever it takes.

*I know, but he's a 5'5" cutie - perfect for me.

On your behalf, dears, I did some taste testing. I went for something healthier than the usual desserts, healthier than yogurt even.  ~ Arctic Zone Brownie Blast.~
It's super low in sugar and saturated/bad fats, calories too. It's lactose and GMO free. You'll find chocolate brownie bits through the fresh and cool spoonfuls of dark chocolate.

It's not as rich as ice-cream, icier and lighter. But this stuff is yummy. It cooled me down and made me smile.

The price was right too. ($4 for a pint).

Arctic Zone earns a 9 from me.
Anyone tasted this? If it doesn't appeal to you, let me know. I'm happy to keep sampling chocolate products until I find one that meets your desires.

Be well, and stay cool - whatever it takes.

  1. I trust you (it does sound great), but I hope you don't mind continuing to test chocolate products for "me" because I'm just not quite sure. I'll let you know when you can stop. Thanks for the sacrifice.

    1. Oh alright. (If Janie the phenomenal editor visits, I meant "all right.") Anything for you, babe. Almost anything. Wink. xo

  2. Keep testing for us. Please. Some of the best things in life are chocolate (and some days it seems as if ALL of the best things in life are chocolate).

  3. That is really low calories for a frozen treat.

    1. It really is. That's why it's kind of icy, but -still - pretty amazing stuff. I'm hooked, though I'll keep sampling other things for you all.

  4. Test away at your bay, I know you need no urging there. Sounds like it met most indeed. Ugg to the heat.

    1. I think he likes me, right, Debra? It's obvious, isn't it? His every performance of Uptown Funk is clearly directed at me.

  6. I'm not familiar with Arctic Zone. I need to check if there are any where I live.

    1. I'm guessing it made it up the coast, Stephen. I found it amid the B&J's, soy ice cream treats, and other similar treats.

  7. It says 4 servings per container, but I think it would be only a single serving for me. We are a little cooler with rain today - nice break from the heat.

    1. I know, even a really small person - wait, yeah, even a really small person like me ain't going to eat it in four servings, unless those four servings are served together.
Glad you're getting a little break in the heat, Wilma.

  8. Who the hell eats just a half up of ice cream? That entire little container is a the actual serving size. lolol These companies need to be honest about how much people actually eat and drink and put the corresponding calories on the labels. It's like the gatorade I buy...4 servings? Really? I down that entire thing in an hour or two.

    1. LOL! Yeah, it took all the restraint I have to finish mine this morn, instead of yesterday (in one sitting). But good thing, JoJo, the whole thing is only 300 calories. That's less than a granola bar. And it tastes better.

  9. This is something I would eat! Sounds great.

  10. I have tried it--you can eat the whole container and it only has 300 calories (and they have some other varieties with even less). And the store I brought mine at had a coupon dispenser for $2 off! So every time I went in, I tried a different flavor and chocolate brownie is my favorite.

    1. Glad to know it's your favorite, Sage. I saw a few other flavors, yet I assume it'd be my favorite too.

  11. Brownie Blast! All right! Nom nom nom. I haven't seen this product, but if I remember, I'll look for it at the grocery store.

    Love,

      Love ya.

  12. Mmm...I like the taste of that before I've even tasted it! Is it safe to use as a sex gel, Robyn?

    1. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to try it for that purpose, GB. My guess is that this depends upon my (prospective) sex partner (e.g., Bruno Mars). If he loves chocolate as much as I do, it's not safe at all. If he's allergic, it works as well as KY lubricant.

  13. sounds like the Arctic Zone is the place to be right. Sounded yummy. As for Bruno, he's on my free pass card. I don't think Ray has to worry, but your never know. I've never owned Versace, but I'd buy one just to have it land on Bruno's floor. Croon it baby.

Stay cool and hydrated and chocolated, my friend.

  14. Ahhh chocolate...yummy. I'm not much for the. 2 men you mentioned but compare chocolate to Hugh Jackman and I'm so there

    1. Hugh Jackman is too tall for me, but I hope (and have a feel, that sexy accent and all) he's good enough for you, Birgit. Smiles.

  15. I would think it would taste delightful mixed in with a bit of salty warm skin. Its cooling effects might be negated with that kind of heat.

    1. That mixture kinda happens naturally these days. But I'll happily gobble it up anyway.
      Stay cool, friend.

  18. Thank you so much! I've never seen, or even heard of it. I'm going to find it. Lactose hates me with a passion, so I'm going to be all over this stuff...

    1. You're welcome and thank you. I'm surprised I haven't heard about it before, Pat. A lot of people avoid lactose.

  19. Wow! A nine? You really must've liked that stuff...or just needed a cold chocolate fix. I've been on a yogurt kick lately and Chobani has some with chocolate bits. YUM!

    1. I'll look for Chobani. Sounds yummy. I don't really get the yogurt craze, though, unless it's frozen yogurt. Now, that can't be beat. Regular yogurt isn't worth the calories, in my humble opinion. But I haven't sampled your recommendation yet.
      Love ya.

  22. I've had this a few times. For what it is, it's actually pretty damn good. Definitely scratches the chocolate indulgence itch. And the cold treat in hot summer itch.

Most people think that Colorado is some icy snow palace. Nope, it's been about 100 here, too, give or take. So I think I'm gonna go take some Arctic Zone and make like this kid.
