2023! Whole Holy Beautiful View, A New Year's Poem

My Dear Sillies,
Like it or not, we're at 2023.
I brought you a poem, a real one this time. I hadn't written one in years. I hope you like it.
Moreover, please be good to yourselves in 2023. May life be good and gentle to you.
I love you, my Sillies.

    1. Hey chocoholic, Consumer Reports just did an article on certain brands of dark chocolate that have excess levels of cadmium and lead in them. I'll try and do a post about them.

    2. Oh my gosh, Mike, my friend Bryan (he used to have a fabulous blog here) told me about that. SO MANY brands have been outted. It's shocking. I'll drop by. Thanks.

  6. And gete I was looking for sex. You wrote a beautiful poem, very eloquent and true. I hope your festivities were good and the new year sweet. Now let us dream of Puddin' and Dump going pffft. Peace coming back, at least to some degree, and a pin going into Kardashiaaases asses to see them deflate along with Beyoncé ego. We can dream. My writing here is not as eloquent🤪

    1. I know, Birgit. I finally wrote a non-sexified poem. Weird, huh? It was hard too. Oops, I said "hard." Yes to all you said--with a very sharp pin. We'll keep the dream alive, at least. Love you. Happy New Year, friend.

  9. I also wish you a gentle 2023...though looking at the California weather, it's not starting out too great. I hope you're in a safe place!

    1. Oh, thank you for thinking of me over here. Yeah, flash flood warnings and apocolypic storms and all. It's been exciting. (I'm so spoiled as a native CA, I hope you caught my sarcasm.) Love ya. Stay safe too.
