June, June, June

Dearest Sillies of the most hot, cool and Silly ~

What's not to like about June?

There's our Janie Junebug, owned by Franklin and Penelope - We all love this Junebug's saucy wit and heartfelt hilarity.

There's this regular, non-saucy June Bug ~ red-brown beetles that move around frenetically in the Northern Hemisphere on warm evenings.

There's the Beaver's sweet and innocent Mommy, June Cleaver (actress Barbara Billingsley)

It's my Birthday month too.

For those who read this far, remember when I told you that I did a naughty performance in Lake Tahoe? Psst, this link should take you there. I warned ya.

Stay cool, my hotties!

    1. My luck, Geo, I call out the only person in the audience without a name. (What a dweeb.) Haha.
      Grateful for you.

  4. Love Janie Junebug. Hate the June bug bug...creepy-assed little sticky-footed buggers. Loved Leave It to Beaver- had a huge crush on Wally.

    Off to see your performance!!!

(and P.S. thanks for the post card - pea soup and strawberry shake - now that's quite the combo)

    1. Yeah, that guy with no name isn't too bright, Debra. But I hope he had a great time in Room 12.

  9. So what is the distance from the floor to the top of your head? I know you look vertically challenged but not quite as much as you make it out to be.

    1. The difference is 4'11". Nah, I can't lie. But I'm a feminist and give myself a few extra inches - like all men do. I'm actually 4'8" (or 4'7", but one inch doesn't count. If it's that small, snip it off and toss it in a salad with some croutons. Nobody will know the difference.). I couldn't just give you a simple answer, Mike. Smiles.

  12. June used to be. my favorite month--when I was in school. School was out and it was early enough in the baseball season for every team to be in contention... I will have to check out your performance.

    1. I actually was never thrilled about June. Summers were three months long and boring, lonely...Weird times. But it's my favorite month and always was.
      Cheers, Jeff.

  13. You are very funny and I am still laughing at some bits. Ughh...that June bug reminds me of when I was a kid at the local fair. I went on a ride where I could twirl myself around but this nasty June bug was on the seat right next to me. I was just watching that bug and so scared of it, my mom felt so bad but the one who ran the ride got rid of it and let me have another ride for free and went longer...just for me.
