Book Winner!

Good news: My friend Beth at BooksEtc. is thrilled to be the winner of Campbell Lawson's (Terra's) wonderful book, Rock n Friend. Beth's last win was a pair of Toronto Maple Leaf Hockey tickets when she was 12, via an orange crush bottle cap. It's a great story, isn't it? She's a wise and witty woman whose writing I've appreciated since my early days of blogging.

Congratulations, Beth! Thanks to those of you who entered and/or commented on the Giveaway post.

Happy December, everyone. It's a time of mixed emotions. Yet one constant remains: good (and fair trade) chocolate. Enjoy!

    Looks like a fun book. December in the UK is very dark and dreary. Hope it's brighter where you are.

    Yes, Ms.A, we'll muddle through together...to cope, I just made a batch of chocolate date bars. I left out the nuts. I'm tired of dates with nuts. They turned out yummy.
