My Dearest of Silliest of Sillies,
How did year's-end approach so quickly? Oy vey.
Regardless, I appreciate you for adding cheer to my blog home over the past year.
Please enjoy the heck out of the season. A very Merry Christmas to you. Happy Hanukah. A meaningful Kwanzaa to all who celebrate. Stay safe. Be well. Enjoy yummies, and know that you are loved.
(Good thing I'm Jewish; we can guess which list I'd remain on otherwise.)

Happy Hanukkah, Robyn. I am overwhelmed with sadness at the events in Australia. This curse is never going to go away.,
ReplyDeleteNo, it's not. Too much to bear. We can only keep shining the light while we're able. Happy Hanukah. B'shalom, David.
DeleteLove the ending!
ReplyDeleteMay your holidays be filled with chocolate.
Thank you, Alex. Warm wishes for a loving Christmas.
DeleteTHIS is why Santa lingers at your place every year! Your Christmas treats are the BEST! Happy holidays, Robyn!
ReplyDeleteYou know it, my friend. Haha. Thank you.
DeleteHappy Solstice and may you experience joyful gratitude to the maximum extent possible.
Happy Hanukkah! I'll review the poem some more and 'come' back with more. So more 'coming' soon.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Mike. Come again and again.
DeleteYeah, Santa goes Jingle, Jangle, jingle with red nose and cheeks when the wife has blown some warm winds on his bells. He also goes Ho, Ho, Ho when he visits the bordello. Happy Hanukkah to you and stand tall in your faith.
ReplyDeleteThank you, dear one, for the laughs. The way you word things leaves me in stitches. Santa's sketch. And those elves, I bet they hang out at the bordello too.
DeleteMerry Christmas!
Happy Hanukkah Robyn.
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty devastated about the events here in Sydney. I went down to pay my respects yesterday and spoke with a few members of the community. I've just posted some photos if interested. It's disgusting and tragic and just horrible. This hatred seems endless.
Peace and love to you and all your family and friends.
I hope you have a wonderful, peaceful Christmas.
Love, Anthony
Thank you, sincerely. I appreciate that you visited and spoke with the community there. I was shocked to hear it happened in Sydney (not so much shocked it hear it happened at all, but in Australia). Hatred has no bounds.
DeleteBut neither does love.
Love you, friend. Have a joyous holiday season nonetheless.
When Santa visits you, he is in for a surprise!
ReplyDeleteWe'll just say I'm his best and last stopping point, Diane.
DeleteMerry Xmas.
It's a mixed bag of emotions this year. However, your poem is SO clever and funny combined with the pictures. Even better as I stuff another Christmas cookie into my mouth. Happy Hanukkah, Peace, and Love for 2026. Take care.
ReplyDeleteThank you, friend. All the best to you through this season and New Year's, and then beyond.
DeleteHappy Hanukkah!
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
Merry Christmas.
DeleteLove you.
Happy belated Hanukkah to you. Let's hope 2026 is better. We must have hope.
